... Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and legal support to lawyers and other legal professionals.
- Prepare legal documents, such as pleadings, contracts, and wills.
- Conduct legal research and gather evidence for cases.
- Manage and maintain client files and records.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in legal matters.
- Assist with trial preparation and litigation.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervising attorneys.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience as a legal assistant or in a related field.
- Strong legal research and writing skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, legal research software, and legal databases.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be a permanent resident or Australian citizen.
