We are partnering with a reputable forward thinking financial organisation looking for a Learning and Development Specialist who can take a consultative approach with key stakeholders to cultivate a culture of learning and growth throughout the business, promoting continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Learning & Development team and the wider business to evaluate current learning and development needs and identify opportunities for enhancement.
- Conduct monthly face to face induction training
- Develop and deliver training programs, including workshops, e-learning, and user guides
- Collaborate with the Training Manager to develop training content and update CRM or policy changes
- Track and report training effectiveness
The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive L&D skill set including facilitation and e-learning experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to coach and manage changes effectively and confidently. They should have a positive attitude, high energy, and a strong work ethic.
