About the role:
Our client has an new and exciting opportunity for a Learning and Development professional to join their wider People & Culture team in the newly created Learning & Development Advisor role on a Full Time - Permanent basis.
The Learning and Development Advisor will be responsible for the coordination, delivery, and evaluation of the training curriculum and programs across the organisation in collaboration with other internal stakeholders, as well as assessing, procuring, and delivering non-legal training needs, the design and development of content and e-learning modules and facilitation of training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and improve the Internal Learning Management System (ELMO) including ensuring accurate
learning and development records and up to date course content is maintained. - Design and improve multi-format best practice learning content that effectively builds capability,
engages a diverse workforce, and meets legislative and industry requirements. - Facilitate the organisation’s role requirement training schedules, in consultation with management and
in alignment with relevant legislation, codes of practice and corporate policies and procedures - Provide timely information, advice, and support to our people in relation to the requirements of the learning curriculum and capability framework.
- Design, implement, and coordinate a range of organisation development initiatives and processes including performance management and engagement surveys.
- Coordinate the development of professional and skills programs.
- Document and maintain training related procedures and policies
To be the successful candidate:
You will need experience in a prior Learning & Development role.. ideally within the Professional Services sector. Additionally...
- End to End L&D experience is essential
- Prior experience using ELMO software is highly desirebale and advantageous
- Experience within Professional Services, Law Services or Government is ideal
