We are looking for a Learning and Development Partner who can take a consultative approach with key stakeholders to cultivate a culture of learning and growth throughout the business, promoting continuous improvement.
In this pivotal role, you will work closely with senior leaders to assess current Learning and Development needs, identify areas for improvement, and spearhead key L&D initiatives within the business. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with stakeholders and shape the organisation’s learning and development landscape.
key responsibilities:
- Partner with HR and the wider business to evaluate current learning and development needs and identify opportunities for enhancement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive training and behavioural programs.
- Promote leadership development within the business.
- Raise awareness of the company’s Learning Management System (LMS).
- Support broader Employee Engagement initiatives, such as Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) efforts.
The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive L&D skill set, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to coach and manage changes effectively and confidently. They should have a positive attitude, high energy, and a strong work ethic. A problem-solving mindset and excellent stakeholder engagement capabilities are also highly desirable.
