Randstad Digital is partnering with one of the largest employers in Queensland to find a Lead Developer to join their team for a fantastic 2-year contract, with the strong opportunity to extend past that point. This position will provide technical leadership in Dynamics 365, as well as proficiency in coding and a proven ability to guide and inspire a collaborative, high performing team.
Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Mentor and motivate a team of developers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Solution Development: Lead the design and delivery of robust, secure, and scalable solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices and established quality standards.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with architecture specialists, the Platform Manager, and other team members to ensure solutions align with architectural frameworks and organisational objectives.
- Quality Assurance: Advocate for a quality-first approach in all development activities by incorporating rigorous testing, code reviews, and adherence to established standards.
Necessary Skills:
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of C#, JavaScript, .NET, and experience with Dynamics 365 custom development. This includes:
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development, including custom coding and system integration.
- Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, .NET, and familiarity with Dynamics 365 APIs.
- Experience integrating systems using Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, and related tools.
- Knowledge of SQL, web services, and data management best practices.
- Agile Methodology: Proficiency in Agile development practices, including sprint planning, iterative development, and continuous delivery, ensuring responsiveness to changing requirements and priorities.
- Code and Peer Reviews: Commitment to maintaining high development standards through regular code and peer reviews, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
