The Role

• Advise insurers, self-insured employers, and government clients on a range of workers compensation matters.
• Manage litigated and non-litigated claims, providing strategic legal advice.
• Appear in tribunals and courts, advocating for clients in complex disputes.
• Collaborate with senior partners and contribute to the ongoing growth of the team.
