About the role:
- Take ownership of the day-to-day configuration, rule building, and overall technical management of the UKG Kronos Pro Workforce Management system.
- Assist with a critical and time-sensitive project, focusing on the implementation and testing of payrule configurations, to ensure accurate and timely execution.
- Conduct thorough assessments and reviews of existing Kronos rules and configurations, identifying areas for improvement in compliance and governance.
- Collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including Payroll, HR, and Operations, to design and deliver new and enhanced Kronos rules and frameworks.
- Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Kronos system to enhance efficiency, payroll accuracy, and overall system effectiveness.
- Develop and deliver training on Kronos configurations and system security to internal teams, fostering knowledge sharing and contingency planning.
About you:
- Extensive hands-on experience in UKG Kronos Pro Workforce Management system administration and advanced configuration, including pay codes and pay grades.
- A strong understanding of Australian award interpretation and the ability to translate Enterprise Bargaining Agreements (EBAs) into system rules.
- Proven ability to integrate Kronos with SAP Payroll (highly desirable) and other third-party applications.
- An analytical and solution-focused mindset with the ability to lead configuration projects from inception to implementation.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with a proven track record of delivering in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and results-oriented approach, with a commitment to continuous improvement and knowledge transfer.
