Your New Role
Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for sales and problem-solving? We’re on the hunt for a Key Account Manager who thrives on the complexity of pathology laboratory sales and enjoys making a real impact by optimising laboratory processes and enhancing efficiency.

... - Drive growth by managing and expanding existing accounts while uncovering new business opportunities.
- Negotiate high-value deals, from small contracts to major agreements, ensuring long-term success.
- Leverage a diverse product portfolio, including hardware, consumables, operational solutions, and services—perfect for those who love a challenge and want to reap the rewards of generating new business.
- Collaborate with technical experts, including engineers, application specialists, and product managers, to deliver cutting-edge solutions that evolve with customer needs.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Maximise sales growth by identifying new opportunities, increasing market presence, and driving revenue within your assigned accounts.
- Engage with key stakeholders, including medical professionals, laboratory staff, procurement teams, and senior decision-makers, to showcase the value of the company’s solutions.
- Develop and execute Account Development Plans, working closely with cross-functional teams to tailor product and financial solutions for customers.
- Provide exceptional client support, ensuring seamless onboarding, ongoing engagement, and top-tier customer satisfaction.
- Keep sales records and forecasts up to date using Salesforce maintaining a strong pipeline for future opportunities.
- Prepare competitive proposals and tenders, collaborating with internal teams to deliver the best financial and commercial solutions.

- Proven Account Management experience – strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders, negotiate high-value contracts, and influence decision-makers
- Industry expertise – background in laboratory environments, sales, or account management is highly desirable.
