- Good look-ahead planning, teamwork and communication skills
- Keeping the client updated regularly on progress and taking project notes or meeting minutes where applicable

- Completing 'Project Completion' walk-throughs with Sub-Contractors and issue 'Defect & Completion lists'
- Once your site project is complete you may be assisting quoting for upcoming projects including acquiring subcontractor quotes and scoping. This may include project planning, scheduling, cost control, budgeting, delivery and creating and issuing purchase orders.
Skills & experience:
- 2+ years experience in Australia within fit out / refurbishment projects (ideally commercial, not residential)
- Would suit someone who has been working in a hands-on role on site previously and is looking to take the next step in their career with a collaborative head contractor.
- White Card
- Current driver's licence
- NSW Police clearance will be required prior to employment
- Good knowledge in reading and interpreting technical drawings

- Good time management and efficiency
- High attention to detail and quality of works
- Understanding of RFI's and variations and building permits
- Looking for someone that is a problem solver, proactive, and independent
- If you have not worked on local commercial fit out/refurbishment projects, unfortunately you will not be a good fit for this position.
