Are you an energetic, fun-loving individual with a passion for working with children? Do you have a bright, bubbly personality that can light up a room? We are looking for a Junior Gym Instructor to join our dynamic team and bring joy, excitement, and fitness to young children and their families!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead engaging and creative sessions for children in a safe and supportive environment.
- Encourage children to develop motor skills, coordination, and confidence through playful activities.
- Build strong relationships with both children and their parents, fostering a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with parents about their child's progress.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed and the gym space is clean and organized.
What We're Looking For:
- A warm, approachable, and enthusiastic personality with a genuine love for working with children.
- Excellent communication skills, both with children and adults.
- Previous experience working with children (e.g., teaching, childcare, or early education) is an advantage, but not essential.
- A proactive and reliable team player with a can-do attitude.
Qualifications
- Working with Children Check
- National Police Check
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Child Safe Environment or RRHAN equivalent
