About the role:
Reporting to Credit Manager, your duties will include:
- Contact customers about late payments
- Maintain accurate accounts and assist with queries
- Collaborate with the team for quality service
- Handle basic admin tasks like filing and reports
About you:
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 software like Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Full and unlimited Australian working rights.
