Our client has a growing QLD division with long term career growth opportunities, this is an exciting role for a Junior Contracts Administrator or recent graduate interested in the commercial fitout and refurbishment sector.

The Role

• A Contracts administrator role where you will be reporting into the division state manager and daily to your project manager
• Procurement, package and negotiate sub-contracts through to final account
• Administration of all claims, variations, progress payments and contract correspondence - both from a head contract and subcontract viewpoint
• Monthly budget management and reporting
• Working collaboratively with your project team to achieve successful delivery of projects within programme and on budget.

Experience/Qualifications Required

• Tertiary Qualifications in Construction Management or equivalent
• A track record in a cadet or Junior Contracts Administration role with commercial construction head contractor projects in Australia essential
• An ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and project stakeholders
