Oversee the design and implementation of end-to-end integrated solutions.
Maintain the organization's existing solutions architecture and technology portfolio.
Collaborate with Project Managers and IT stakeholders on estimates and implementation plans
Lead major business process re-engineering initiatives.
Define business requirements through collaboration with end-users and senior management.
Develop test plans to assess systems' technical performance.
Guide, coach, and mentor a diverse team of software engineers.
Establish software development standards, processes, and best practices.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers to define product features and scope.
Ensure top-quality design reviews that meet business goals.

Your Background
We seek candidates with a robust blend of technical expertise and leadership skills:

Hands-on experience in business requirements gathering/analysis.
Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of information processing principles.
Proven experience in developing strategic systems architecture plans.
Minimum of 3 years in an Application Development Manager role for large/complex projects.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels.
Experience in leading teams across multiple geographies.
