Your role:

There is huge potential in the Procurement, Contracts and Supply Chain profession, our established team has achieved unprecedented success in 2024 and is on track for another great year.

We are looking for a sales-driven professional from industries such as fundraising, real estate, travel, fitness sales etc to join as a member of our Brisbane CBD team. You can enjoy ownership over your desk, focusing on growing relationships with established business and new client acquisition across various industries with no restrictions.

How your day will look:

• Build on relationships with Randstad's large pool of PSA clients (blue chip companies with temporary and permanent opportunities) both nationally and locally
• Establish and develop your own business and relationships
• Achieve individual revenue targets and KPIs
• 360 end to end recruitment on a dual desk with the support of experienced candidate managers
• Attend networking events and be an active member of the professional community

You will be an experienced Recruitment Consultant or driven sales professional with a proven track record in hitting and over achieving targets. To be successful in this role you must be self motivated, outcome focused and self confident. You will be strategic minded, have exceptional communication skills and be a resilient person who thrives on challenges.
