About the Role:
Reporting to the Head of Digital ANZ, you will play a key role in implementing and executing digital marketing projects that drive business growth across our enterprise and divisional business groups. You'll be involved in a wide range of activities, with a focus on:
- Database Marketing: Nurture leads, reactivate past clients and candidates, and drive redeployment opportunities.
- B2B and B2C Marketing: Develop and execute marketing campaigns targeting both companies and individual candidates.
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Contribute to strategies for engaging and nurturing key accounts.
- Nurture Tracks and Inbound Marketing: Help create and optimize automated nurture tracks and inbound marketing programs to guide leads through the sales funnel.
- Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to deliver leads, nurture relationships, and drive conversions.
- Search Engine Marketing (SEM): Assist with managing paid search campaigns to drive traffic and generate leads.
- HubSpot Expertise: Gain experience with HubSpot, a leading CRM and marketing automation platform.
Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Creating and optimizing email marketing campaigns.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of ABM strategies.
- Help manage and segment customer databases.
- Support creating and optimizing landing pages and website content.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with other marketing team members to achieve shared goals.
What you'll bring
- A passion for digital marketing and a desire to learn and grow.
- A bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role (preferred, but not essential).
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (ideally HubSpot).
- Basic understanding of SEO and SEM principles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive and results-oriented approach.
