The role
Join us as a Branch Manager – Trades & Labour (Temp) in Queensland, where you'll take a hands-on approach to driving sales, business development, and relationship management. Leading a team of four consultants, you'll focus on daily operations, GP productivity, and risk management, including payroll, WHS, and compliance with policies and procedures. Your leadership will be key in ensuring team performance and fostering strong client and candidate relationships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a defined client list and key accounts regionally
- Delivering high quality sales leads to recruitment consultants in the team
- Compliance with legal & company policies and reporting processes
- Provide leadership, coaching and support to your team to ensure that they perform to the maximum of their abilities
- Assess and address training needs of staff to support personal development plans
About you
- 2 to 5 years of experience in agency recruitment leadership is essential for this role
- Proven experience in building and nurturing a high performing team
- A strong enthusiasm for business development and the Trades space - major plus if you are well connected in the industry
- Strong negotiation and reporting skills
- Strategic and adaptable mindset to navigate the constant changes of the industry
