L1/2 IT Support - Ongoing Fixed Term Contract - CBD - Must be Australian Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident currently
About the role
- Provide an excellent level of IT support to onsite and remote users
- Ensure that all helpdesk calls and service requests are logged, processed and monitored according to company procedures and within SLAs
- Manage or assist with any IT related project as required
- Provide regular status reports to management
Requirements:
- L1/2 support experience
- Experience with Windows 10, Office 2016 and Windows Server operating systems
- Clear understanding of LAN\WAN technologies, a solid understanding of TCP/IP networking
- Excellent technical problem-solving and analytical ability
