Change & Training Manager – Ad Server Implementation
We are seeking a Change & Training Manager to lead the process mapping, change management, and training strategy for a new ad server platform. Working with vendor and internal teams, you will ensure smooth adoption by defining new processes, creating training materials, and delivering effective change communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Map current vs. future state processes and identify change impacts.
- Develop and execute a change communication and training plan.
- Create training materials, operating procedures, and guides for BAU, invoicing, and offsite/onsite capability.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in ad server implementation
- Background in MarTech and eCommerce.
- Understanding of advertising media products (onsite display, Meta/Google campaigns).
This role is key in ensuring a seamless transition to the new platform, equipping teams with the knowledge and tools for success.
