Your key responsibilities include:

• Support the Procurement & Logistics Manager to plan and coordinate the international and domestic logistics operations.
• Manage and coordinate international and domestic shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, including freight forwarders, customs brokers and carriers to streamline logistic operations.
• Maintain accurate and up to date records of all logistics information in PRONTO and associated reports, including shipping documents, inventory reports and transportation costs
• Oversee import/export documentation, customs compliance and adherence to international regulations.
• Resolve logistics and transportation issues, handling any discrepancies and ensuring smooth delivery flow.
• Track shipments, update stakeholders and provide reports on logistics performance.

What you'll need to succeed:

• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in logistics, with a strong background in both international and domestic operations.
• Knowledge of customs regulations, freight forwarding and import/export documentation requirements.
• Proven experience using PRONTO highly preferable or similar ERP system.
• Familiarity with mining consumables highly regarded.
