Job Overview: As an Internal Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team, generating new business, and ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service. You will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their security needs, and offering tailored solutions that align with our product offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound inquiries and proactively reach out to prospective clients to identify and qualify sales opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Present and demonstrate our security solutions, including cameras, access control systems, alarms, and monitoring services.
- Prepare and follow up on quotes, proposals, and product recommendations.
- Work closely with external sales teams and project managers to ensure smooth handovers and client success.
- Manage and track sales activities in the CRM, ensuring accurate reporting of sales progress and opportunities.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product offerings, and competitive landscape.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, preferably within the electronic security or related industries.
- Ideally a basic knowledge of electronic security systems, including video surveillance, alarm systems, and access control.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Desirable:
- Experience with B2B sales or commercial accounts.
- Knowledge of installation, service, and maintenance processes within the security sector.
- Technical background or interest in security technology.
