About the role: Internal Sales Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for new customer inquiries via phone, email, and web portal.
- Engage with customers to fully understand their needs, providing tailored information and pricing on possible solutions to meet their needs.
- Process service requests promptly and accurately.
- Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system.
- Prospect for potential clients and submit promising leads to the Field Sales team for follow-up.
- Collaborate with operations to align service delivery with client expectations and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.

- You’re confident and comfortable connecting with people
- A natural ability to ask insightful questions and listen actively
- Resilient and motivated, you’re not easily discouraged
- Stay upbeat as you move on to the next customer call or enquiry
- While experience in the environmental sector is a plus - it’s your drive, tenacity, and adaptability in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment that will set you apart
- Comfortable with calling potential clients regarding promotions for a couple of hours per week
