Randstad are seeking immediate applications from available and suitable candidates for the role of an Integrity Engineer within a leading mining and resources organisation.
Key responsibilities of this role include but not limited too:
... - Ensure the site is compliant with relevant standards and statutory obligations
- Experience with piping, NDT and/or Tanks
- Sound understanding of Integrity Engineering principles with previous experience in aligned industries including mining, oil & gas, chemical or heavy industry
- Has experience with developing repair, remediation and mitigation methodologies for damage mechanism's
- Has experience completing corrosion rate assessment & estimations
- Undertake fitness for service assessment level 1 & 2
- Has experience completing remaining life assessments
- Problem solving and RCA experience
- Has strong communication skills and able to quickly and effectively build relationships with customers groups
Candidate will possess:
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar Mining or Heavy Industry
- Excellent computing skills
- Strong focus on safety and knowledge of OH&S and mining regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly technical and detailed
- Energetic with a positive, can-do attitude
Candidates must be able to demonstrate experience in a similar role and preference will be given to those with mining experience. This role is 5:2 roster based in Adelaide with fortnightly travel to site
