Randstad Digital is seeking an experienced Integrated Planning Lead to join our client’s team. This role is pivotal in overseeing and optimising the planning processes across a major Customer System Integration (CSI) program, acting as a key conduit between the program, external partners, business units, and the broader portfolio of change.
... The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in aligning the program’s aims with operational execution, ensuring efficient resource allocation, and driving continuous improvement in planning methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement integrated planning strategies to align with the program’s goals and objectives.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Lead and coordinate cross-functional planning sessions to gather inputs, define project scopes, and establish timelines and milestones.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with department stakeholders, project managers, stream leads, and key stakeholders to ensure alignment of priorities and resources.
- Process Improvement: Establish and maintain planning frameworks, tools, and processes to streamline operations and improve planning accuracy and efficiency.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate project progress against plans; identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Communication and Reporting: Facilitate communication within the program team and provide regular updates, reports, and dashboards on planning metrics and performance.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives in planning methodologies, incorporating best practices and lessons learned.
- Team Management: Mentor and support team members in planning techniques and tools to enhance overall program capabilities.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in integrated planning, project management, or a similar role, with a track record of successful large-scale, complex project and program delivery.
- Experience with multiple delivery methodologies, including scaled Agile environments.
- Strong understanding of planning methodologies, tools, and techniques; familiarity with integrated planning systems is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesise complex information to aid effective decision-making.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build strong relationships at all levels.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term program outcomes and goals with day-to-day operational needs.
