About the Role: As an Integrated Planner, you will play a critical role in demand management, strategic alignment, and resource planning to support digital initiatives . Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and prioritise digital initiatives through an effective demand management process.
- Develop and maintain an integrated architectural planning capability that aligns digital strategies with organisational priorities.
- Implement planning tools, methodologies, and frameworks to support data-driven decision-making.
- Foster collaboration between digital teams and other departments to ensure seamless project execution.
- Provide expert guidance on digital investment decisions and strategic resource allocation.
About You: We’re looking for a motivated professional with:
- Experience in demand management, integrated planning, or project management within a complex organisation.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Lean, and other planning methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Analytical problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement.
- A relevant degree and/or equivalent professional experience in digital strategy, IT governance, or business transformation.
