About the role:

This is a permanent full-time outbound sales opportunity, reporting to the Outbound Sales Team Leader. You will be responsible for providing outstanding service to members and maximise outbound call opportunities to promote and sell suitable products and services.

Make outbound calls to educate members and respond to promotional campaigns and needs
Ensure members needs are understood and handled
Cross-sell health and life insurance products
Work towards KPIs and service targets and ensure adherence to compliance
Handle new applications and enquiries

Your skills & experience:

Previous sales experience working towards sales KPIs (ideally within inbound and outbound call centres)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Problem-solving skills whilst working under pressure
Ability to work well within a team
Passion for serving customers
