As the Insurance Manager, you will report into the Chief Risk Officer and work closely with their team to manage the organisation's insurance coverage - you will not be required to oversee any direct reports. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the organisation’s corporate insurance portfolio across a range of different areas including property, construction, public liability, professional indemnity and industrial special risk (ISR).
• Managing insurance renewals and the organisations annual renewal program.
• Identifying insurable risks to allow for decision making in relation to insurance coverage.
• Providing advice to internal stakeholders for all insurance matters.
• Overseeing insurance claims with the assistance of an external claims agency.

Skills and Experience:

• Strong experience within commercial insurance, ideally within either construction, property or utilities.
• Excellent knowledge of insurance renewals and claims processes.
• Knowledge within public liability, professional indemnity and ISR insurance is desirable but not essential.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and comfortable liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
