About the Role:

As a Credit Consultant you will work within a friendly and supportive team-oriented environment where you will play a key role in providing back end support for the credit operations function.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Allocating premiums and processing refunds for customers.
• Making calls to customers to obtain details around insurance refunds (not debt collection).
• Acting as an intermediary contact for end-of-month payments.
• Potential to extend across cash and debt management (not customer facing) as well.
• Display a strong work ethic and a genuine desire to assist others

Hours: This is a full-time 6 month fixed-term contract role working 8.30am-5.00pm Mon-Fri. Hybrid working 2 days in the office, 3 days from home.

Start Date: Must be available for a start on Monday 17th March.

Skills and Experience:

Our client is looking for someone with previous experience in customer service, credit or administration. Experience in insurance or financial services is a plus.

• Excellent administrative skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience within insurance or financial services would be highly regarded.
• A positive can-do attitude and someone who is willing to learn.
• Strong PC skills and ability to work on computer-based applications.
