Due to our growth, we are seeking a motivated Physiotherapist to deliver quality services and support our continued expansion in SA. This role will span both Occupational Health and Injury Management.
Responsibilities will include:
- Occupational Health: Treatment, functional capacity assessments, drug and alcohol testing, audiometry, and spirometry.
- Injury Management: Delivering consulting services, return to work services, and Randstad exclusive initiatives.

The successful applicant will join our multidisciplinary Occupational Health team and receive training to complete the following:
- Functional Capacity Assessments (pre employment and fitness for work)
- Drug and Alcohol testing
- Audiometry
- Spirometry
- Ergonomic assessments
- Job Dictionary development
- Return to Work Assessment services (Activity of Daily Living assessments. Worksite Assessments, Graduated Return to Work schedules)
Role requirements
It is desirable that the successful applicant possess the following
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with clients and explain assessment recommendations
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Case Management tools
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team (including with third party providers)
- A solid understanding of musculoskeletal injuries, the recovery process, and their impact on function
Qualifications
- Tertiary Qualification in Physiotherapy
- Membership/registration with relevant professional associations (AHPRA)
- SA Driver's license
- First Aid/ CPR
- Current clear police check
