Responsibilities will include:

• Occupational Health: Treatment, functional capacity assessments, drug and alcohol testing, audiometry, and spirometry.
• Injury Management: Delivering consulting services, return to work services, and Randstad exclusive initiatives.

The successful applicant will join our multidisciplinary Occupational Health team and receive training to complete the following:

• Functional Capacity Assessments (pre employment and fitness for work)
• Drug and Alcohol testing
• Audiometry
• Spirometry
• Ergonomic assessments
• Job Dictionary development
• Return to Work Assessment services (Activity of Daily Living assessments. Worksite Assessments, Graduated Return to Work schedules)

Role requirements

It is desirable that the successful applicant possess the following

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with clients and explain assessment recommendations
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Case Management tools
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team (including with third party providers)
• A solid understanding of musculoskeletal injuries, the recovery process, and their impact on function

Qualifications

• Tertiary Qualification in Physiotherapy
• Membership/registration with relevant professional associations (AHPRA)
• SA Driver's license
• First Aid/ CPR
• Current clear police check
