Our client is a leading provider of industrial construction and maintenance services within the manufacturing, power generation, renewables and utilities sectors.
Due to a large project being awarded we are looking for multiple Industrial Electricians for a Newcastle based project for a minimum 3 months.
What’s involved?
- Installing new machinery in a manufacturing environment
- Cable and cable tray installation
- Installation of power and control circuits
- Terminating and testing connections
- Working as part of a team
- Read and interpret drawings
What we’re looking for:
- Electrical License and White Card
- Experience in the industrial sector
- Experience in panel and switchboard wiring highly regarded
- Great teamwork ability
- Able to read wiring diagrams and schematics
What we can offer you
- $61.71 / hour casual rate
- Overtime available with penalty rates
- 10 hour days Monday - Thursday and 8 hours Friday
- Occasional Saturdays available
- Minimum 3 months work
- Day shift 6 AM Starts
- Newcastle based
- ASAP Start
