Overview
Are you looking to kickstart your career in the finance industry? Take your first step with one of Australia’s leading superannuation companies who have their members and the development of their staff at the heart of everything they do! They are currently looking for passionate and motivated individuals to join their inbound helpline team.
This is a 4-6 month contract opportunity starting in April working Monday - Friday on a roster between 8am - 8pm. This opportunity will see you taking inbound calls from members in relation to superannuation products, on-line systems and general superannuation legislative issues. You’ll be provided with in depth ongoing training and upskilling to enable you to provide top quality service to those you are assisting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound calls from existing and new members
- Handle general enquiries, provide product knowledge and assist with online systems
- Drive member engagement by asking exploring questions
- Maintain superior level of customer service to all customers
- Build strong working internal and external relationships
- Update all records and work to team targets
Selection Criteria
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a customer centric mindset
- Ability to build rapport and create sustainable relationships with a diverse range of customers and stakeholder
- Ability to work with technology across multiple platforms
- Previous experience in a phone based role
- Available to work Monday - Friday on a roster between 8am - 8pm
