• Ping Identity Administration: Operate and maintain Ping Identity solutions, ensuring performance, security, and system availability.
• Incident Resolution & Monitoring: Proactively monitor IAM services, troubleshoot issues, and resolve incidents to maintain seamless operations.
• Change Management: Assist with implementing and managing changes to IAM systems, ensuring compliance with security and business requirements.
• Performance Optimisation: Monitor system performance and work with internal teams to enhance efficiency and security.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with vendors and key business stakeholders to ensure IAM services align with business needs.

• Proven experience in IAM operations within a corporate environment.
• Hands-on expertise in Ping Identity solutions.
• Strong knowledge of user lifecycle management, authentication protocols, and access control best practices.
• Experience in troubleshooting IAM-related issues and working in BAU support environments.
• Ability to manage change processes and contribute to service performance improvements.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
