Responsibilities:
... - Work closely with the project team to ensure the timely delivery of the rollout.
- Image laptops with Windows 11
- Perform laptop exchanges with staff across the organisation.
- Basic troubleshooting related to transferring staff to their new devices.
- Work with project infrastructure specialists to resolve technical issues
- Manage inventory and scheduling.
- Provide end-user training.
Skills:
- Customer service – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter – Ability to learn new processes and work independently when required.
- Team player – Ability to work collaboratively with the project team.
- Problem solving – Can follow logical steps to resolve issues and demonstrates attention to detail
- Completion of year 12 certificate or equivalent.
- Windows 11 knowledge
Existing IT support experience is not mandatory, and Support Officers will be provided with full training and support throughout the engagement, however the following skills would be of benefit:
- Previous experience rolling out Windows devices to an organisation
- Energetic approach to IT Support
