Responsibilities:
- Engagement with internal and external stakeholders, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and delivering outcomes.
- Research, plan, implement, monitor and evaluate project or program initiatives.
- Managing and leading a diverse team in the delivery of high-quality service and outcomes, including providing clear and consistent communication, and building capability in your team.
- Identify issues/problems and work to resolve them.
- Reviewing and implementing best practice solutions to improve operational effectiveness and inform business decisions.
Skills:
- Ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, which may include business partners, cross-agency collaborations and service providers.
- Familiarity with / and application of project management frameworks/ methodologies such as Agile and Hybrid Agile.
- Ability to represent the team and branch in project governance meetings and provide clear up to date reports on status and the implications of risks on projects to ensure the success of projects.
