Our client is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented ICT Contract Officer to join their team on a 6-month contract. This role is key in providing crucial support for setting up contracts and streamlining the internal ordering process for customer teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure financial, commercial, and billing requirements are met for timely and accurate billing.
- Handle supplier documents and provide support in line with company policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, stakeholders, and internal teams while delivering excellent customer service and resolving any issues with the contracts.
- Manage project and contract details, including supplier set-up, billing milestones, new vendors, and timely updates, while collaborating with offshore teams to meet business objectives.
What you will need to apply:
- Good working knowledge of SAP
- Experience in similar roles, project accounting or sales document management.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Ability to plan, prioritise, and deliver under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and meet tight deadlines.
