Being a key influencer in shaping the people strategy and aligning it with the overall business objectives of a growing established business.
Designing and implementing impactful HR initiatives across talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, and employee engagement, tailored to the Australian market.
Fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture where employees feel valued, supported, and empowered to contribute their best.
Providing expert guidance and support on all HR-related matters, ensuring compliance with Australian employment law and best practices.
Collaborating closely with leadership to understand their needs and provide strategic HR solutions that drive business results.
Contributing to the development and implementation of effective HR policies and procedures that support a fair and productive work environment.
Playing a vital role in supporting organisational growth and change management initiatives.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Encompass:

Strategic HR Planning: Contributing to the development and execution of the overall HR strategy.
Talent Acquisition & Retention: Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, developing effective on-boarding programs, and implementing strategies to retain top talent in the Australian market.
Employee Relations & Compliance: Providing expert advice on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with Australian employment legislation (Fair Work Act, etc.), and fostering positive employee relations.
Learning & Development: Identifying training and development needs, sourcing or developing relevant programs, and supporting employee growth.
Performance Management: Implementing and managing performance management processes that drive individual and team performance.
Compensation & Benefits: Overseeing the administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with market trends.
Workplace Culture & Engagement: Championing a positive and inclusive workplace culture, implementing employee engagement initiatives, and fostering strong communication.
HR Administration & Reporting: Maintaining accurate HR records, utilising HR systems effectively, and providing insightful HR reports.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a Human Resources Manager or in a senior HR generalist role within Australia.
A strong understanding of Australian employment law, Fair Work Act, and relevant HR legislation.
Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective HR strategies and initiatives that align with the key objectives of an organisation.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
A proactive and results-oriented approach with a commitment to continuous improvement.
Experience with HRIS systems and data-driven decision-making.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
A genuine passion for people and creating a positive and productive work environment.
