Key Responsibilities:
This full-time, two-year contract as a Human Resources Coordinator based in the Melbourne CBD Office will see you providing expert HR support and delivering end-to-end people services. Working closely with leaders and a Senior People Partner, you will support the employee life cycle, workforce initiatives, and culture enhancement in a welcoming team.
... Provide coordination and operational HR support, including inbox management, data entry, and document handling.
Process job changes, employee movements, and maintain data integrity across HR systems.
Deliver high-quality, customer-focused HR services to all staff, ensuring adherence to policy and procedural requirements.
Assist in workforce reporting, including updating organisational charts, tracking performance development plans, and compliance training.
Interpret and apply enterprise agreements, employment legislation, and workplace policies to support fair and effective HR decision-making.
Contribute to culture and change initiatives, employee well being programs, and case management.
Build strong stakeholder relationships and deliver clear, professional written communications, including reports and presentations.

About You:
To excel in this role, you must have:
✔ Human Resouces experience of 1-3 year within the Victorian Public Sector desireably.
✔ Strong knowledge of employment legislation and industrial agreements within the VPS framework.
✔ Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage HR data and analytics.
✔ Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems for data entry, reporting, and process management.
