- Have input on sourcing improvements and get involved with proactive sourcing
- Manage candidate progression through the recruiting process
- Create branded advertising campaigns
- Report on data
- Analyse data to show trends
- Schedule interviews
- Ensure completion and compliance of documentation
- Social media posting
What you will need to be successful in the position:
- Attention to detail;
- Highly developed communication skills;
- A great attitude
- Computer literacy and good record management skills
- Flexibility and ability to multi-task.
- Human Resources degree highly desirable
