About the Opportunity

We are excited to announce 7 driver positions opening in mid to late January with one of our valued clients, a leader in the waste management industry.

We are currently seeking experienced Side and Rear Arm Operators to join their team in Arncliffe. These positions offer competitive hourly rates starting at $47+, with early morning starts between 4:00 AM and 5:30 AM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Work closely with runners/offsiders to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure personal protective equipment (PPE) is used and maintained, reporting and addressing any hazards promptly.
• Liaise with operations to manage job changes based on customer and resident needs.
• Follow all operational instructions, including special requests and additional pickups.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• A valid HR Truck Licence.
• 6–12 months of HR driving experience.
• Reliable transport to and from work.
• Ability to climb in and out of trucks multiple times per shift.
• Capability to lift 25–30 kg during clean-up operations.
• A positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
