About the Opportunity

Randstad is partnering with a well-established national leader in the commercial waste industry, delivering essential waste management services across Greater Sydney.

We are currently seeking experienced and safety-focused HR drivers for ongoing opportunities based at the Wetherill Park depot, operating Rear Lift, Hook Lift, or Front Lift trucks. This is an excellent opportunity to secure consistent work with strong potential for permanency, all within a supportive, high-performing team environment.

Location: Wetherill Park, NSW

Pay Rate: From $45+ per hour (based on experience)

Shifts: Monday to Friday | Early starts between 12:00 AM – 3:00 AM

Shift Duration: 8–10 hours per shift

Key Responsibilities

• Operate Rear Lift, Hook Lift, or Front Lift trucks for scheduled commercial waste collections

• Complete pre-start checks and ensure vehicle is maintained to safety standards

• Follow route schedules efficiently and report any delays or issues

• Communicate clearly with dispatch and site supervisors

• Adhere to all site safety protocols, including PPE and hazard identification

Requirements

• Valid HR Truck Licence

• Minimum 6–12 months HR driving experience (waste industry experience highly regarded)

• Strong reliability and commitment to early morning starts

• Physically fit with the ability to safely enter and exit the vehicle repeatedly throughout the shift

• Ability to pass drug and alcohol testing and a national police check

• RMS driving history report required
