Join a renowned organisation for a 3 month HR Systems project. If you’re passionate about HR technology and thrive in a high-energy setting, this is your chance to shine! This role takes part in the testing, deployment, post-go-live support of Successfactors.
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring project progress & performance and communicating updates to key stakeholders
- Identifying and managing project risks and issues, and developing mitigation strategies
- Manage implementation time-lines and delivering elements of the project on time and within scope
- Conducting post-project reviews to evaluate outcomes and identify lessons learned for future improvements
- Provide production support including investigation and troubleshooting.
- Lead the support and regression testing of each module released & provide reports.
- Configure, test and implement improvements to Successfactors business processes.
Skills & Experience:
- Successfactors experience would be highly regarded
- Ability to prioritise tasks, manage resources, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong analytic and problem-solving skills.
- Critical thinking skills
