What You'll Do:
... - Revolutionize Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement groundbreaking recruitment strategies in close collaboration with key stakeholders, ensuring we attract and retain the best talent.
- Orchestrate RPO Excellence: Lead and manage our external RPO partnership, acting as the vital link to guarantee top-tier talent acquisition.
- Be the ANZ Talent Expert: Serve as the primary point of contact for the Global Centre of Expertise for ANZ, influencing talent strategies across all business units.
- Champion Global Change: Drive impactful global change management projects, empowering local teams to embrace new processes and digital innovations, including AI.
- Pioneer Talent Mapping: Conduct strategic external talent mapping, fostering vital networks and building strong industry relationships.
- Innovate with Technology: Leverage digital and AI solutions to optimize and enhance talent acquisition processes and outcomes.
- Drive Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize data insights and trends to influence strategic decisions and maximize recruitment effectiveness.
- Elevate Internal Capabilities: Enhance internal selection and evaluation processes, building robust talent pipelines for future success.
- Ensure Global Compliance: Maintain compliance with global and local recruitment policies, procedures, and processes.
- Build a Powerful Employer Brand: Lead the development and execution of compelling employer branding strategies, including EVP, social media marketing, and graduate and event-based initiatives.
What You'll Bring:
- Proven Project Leadership: Extensive experience in leading talent acquisition, development, and management projects, or equivalent L&D/OD experience.
- Exceptional Stakeholder Influence: Outstanding stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence senior executives.
- Global Perspective: Experience working in global and matrix organizations with Centres of Expertise, ideally within innovative sectors like Professional Services, Consulting, or Digital/Technology.
- Analytical Prowess: Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making and metrics utilization.
- Strategic Mindset: Robust strategic thinking capabilities and proven experience in leading global change management projects.
- Global Talent Insight: Deep understanding of global talent markets and the cultural nuances impacting talent acquisition.
