Key Responsibilities
... - Provide HR operational support and guidance to business units.
- Manage employee relations issues and conduct thorough investigations
- Partner with managers on performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
- Implement and administer HR policies and procedures.
- Understand VPS enterprise agreement and provide guidance
- Implement and analyse HR data and reporting to identify trends and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Support recruitment and on-boarding processes.
- Facilitate training and development programs.
- Support the delivery of the health, safety & well-being program
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or People Partner.
- Strong understanding of Victorian Government processes as well as HR best practices.
- Ability to work in an agile environment
- Strong experience in employee relations and performance management
- Highly developed communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Solid business acumen with a proven ability to manage projects and prioritise tasks.
