An exciting opportunity for a HR Manager to join a premium skincare provider has become available in Sydney. In this standalone role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the businesses HR operations as well as providing higher-level advice to senior leaders across Australia.
Working closely with the companies CEO and CFO, you will play a pivotal part in attracting and maintaining an engaged workforce. The role combines operational and advisory duties and requires a hands-on, solutions-focused approach.
This is a permanent opportunity with flexible working arrangements.
Main responsibilities;
- Support the businesses management and executive team with practical and relevant HR advice
- Manage the employee life-cycle, including onboarding & offboarding, recruitment, performance management and end-to-end payroll processing
- Maintain a proactive, professional, and consultative approach throughout your role
To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in a HR Business Partnering role or similar. You will be comfortable working in a standalone and hands-on environment and will enjoy HR operations as well the opportunity to work on some initiatives with the leadership team. You will also need to have end-to-end payroll processing experience to be successful in this role. You’re comfortable working autonomously in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
