This full-time, two-year contract as a People Partner based in the Melbourne CBD Office, will see you providing expert HR advice and delivering end-to-end people services. Working closely with leaders and a Senior People Partner, you will support the employee lifecycle, workforce initiatives, and culture enhancement in a welcoming team.
- Provide strategic HR advice to leaders on supporting the employee life cycle and boarding, workforce planning, performance management, etc.
Contribute to cultural and change initiatives, employee wellbeing programs, and case management - Interpret and apply enterprise agreements, legislation, and policies to support fair and effective HR decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement by enhancing HR processes, policy reviews, and workforce initiatives.
- Analyse and manage people data, preparing accurate reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and deliver clear, professional written communications, including reports, briefs, and presentations.

About You:
To excel in this role, you must have:
✔ HR Generalist experience within the Victorian Public Sector
✔ Strong knowledge of Victorian Public Sector employment legislation and industrial agreements.
✔ Exceptional written communication skills and attention to detail.
✔ Experience in HR data management and analytics to inform decision-making and drive positive outcomes.
