This national early childcare organisation, with multiple centres across Australia, is seeking an HR Coordinator to support HR administration, workers compensation, and employee relations. The role focuses on ensuring compliance, managing employee casework, and fostering a positive, high-performing workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage HR work flows, including probation, exit processes, and critical incidents.
Assist in resolving workplace conflicts and facilitating communication.
Coordinate workers compensation tasks such as medical certificate lodgement and return-to-work programs.
Support HR administration and assist with fortnightly payroll processing.
Promote and ensure compliance with workplace safety and health policies.
Qualifications & Experience:
Previous experience in HR administration, workers compensation/insurance, or a related industry is preferred but not essential.
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
