... About the role:
The HR Change Lead is accountable under broad direction to undertake very complex work that delivers quality outcomes across the Service Design and improvement functions. This is an important team leadership position, with delegated authority and responsibility to resolve issues and risks across a wide range of activities including leadership, control, planning, resource management, performance management and decision making for the membership and assigned contractors.
- Assisting in the establishment of future state vision and stakeholder experience/journey aligned with that vision.
- Coordinating the engagement of program and organisational leaders to future state vision, case for change and change leadership role/capabilities.
- Providing guidance, coaching to team members and meeting the needs of service users with quality deliverables.
- Supporting the management of stakeholder segments that reflect functional, behavioural and attitudinal characteristics of the target audience.
- Providing advice on effective channels and levers to effect functional, behavioural and attitudinal change appropriate to the audience segment.
- Developing, implementing, evaluating and communicating change management requirements, plans and schedules including proposing recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Assisting in the tracking of changes in adoption, behaviours and attitudes toward discrete and program-wide changes, to drive insight and improvement in our approach.
- Providing support towards the establishment of strategies on how to prioritise, sequence and deliver changes to deliver the vision, factoring in complexity in the operating environment, conflicting demands, and other changes.
- Focusing strategically on existing Participants, their families and carers, existing Providers, and our internal staff and other stakeholders both internally and external.
About the individual:
- Experience in a leadership position, with direct reports.
- Experience in government working with government frameworks
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high work standards and accuracy, meeting defined timeframes.
- Experience developing action project plans and assisting in project management activities.
- Expert ability to influence and negotiate outcomes.
- Ability to demonstrate APS work level standards, prior federal government experience highly desired.
- Background in change management.
