Our client is committed to delivering best practice services and fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment. The business currently has an opportunity for a People & Culture Business Partner to join their team on a 6-month contract with flexible work arrangements.
You will work in the corporate office and report into the People & Culture manager. In this generalist role you will be responsible for advising and coaching leaders and staff on employee relations, industrial relations, and change/organisational development.
Key Accountabilities:
- Support a wide range of general HR needs throughout the employee life-cycle
- Collaborate with managers on performance, organisational change, compliance and industrial relations
- Contribute to HR projects and guide the implementation of new legislation and policies
- Collaborate with the P&C Manager and Director to implement innovative HR practices across the organisation
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
- Excellent knowledge of local law and legislation
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship building experience
