This leading nationwide aged care provider is seeking a HR Business Partner for a Full-time 3-month contract! Support the HR team across all generalist activities, including employee relations and performance management. Make a real difference in a dynamic environment while working with teams across the orgnisation, known for its strong culture and commitment to high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Relations & Case Management: Manage complex employee relations matters, including performance management, misconduct, and conflict resolution. Lead workplace investigations, ensuring fairness, compliance, and clear outcomes.
Strategic HR Support: Collaborate with managers to align HR strategies with business goals, offering guidance on talent management, performance, and change initiatives.
Coaching & Development: Act as a trusted advisor to managers, supporting them in handling HR challenges, improving team dynamics, and developing leadership skills.
Workplace Culture & Performance: Address workplace issues and support managers in building high-performing teams. Implement strategies to improve staff retention and create a positive, productive work environment.
Collaboration & Communication: Work with the HR team and other departments to ensure consistent HR practices, support collaboration across locations, and keep employees informed on policies and processes.
Key Requirements:
Experience in generalist HR roles, preferably in the aged care, healthcare, or community services sectors (ideal not necessary)
Proven ability to manage complex HR issues and conduct workplace investigations.
Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritizse and manage multiple responsibilities.
