As the businesses HR Business Partner, you will provide business-focussed HR advice and services to your client group (approx 100 employees) and consult across the employee life cycle with a focus on HR projects, policy, recruitment, and workforce planning.

Joining a progressive and strategic organisation, you will have the opportunity to work on some interesting pieces of HR, including the launch of the company's D&I strategy and the ‘Women in IT’ program. Given the nature of the business, there are limited ER cases you will need to manage. Instead, your priority will be to develop effective and cooperative relationships to support and enable a productive and positive work environment.
You’ll be partnering with a seasoned and collaborative team and reporting into an engaging HR Leader.
This is a 9-12 month parental leave cover with the potential to extend / convert.
Main responsibilities;
- Develops an understanding of the business, its objectives, strategies, challenges, and operational arrangements
- Support with the development of HR solutions that are aligned with the overall business strategy
- Maintains trust, confidence and appropriate confidentiality at all times
- Act as a trusted advisor and coach senior leaders, managers, and employees on a wide range of HR and recruitment matters
To be successful in this role you will have strong generalist experience (5+ years in a generalist role) and a deep understanding of the employee life-cycle. Ideally you will have an interest in HR projects and experience in developing and implementing HR strategies. You will have excellent communication and partnering skills. You will enjoy working independently whilst operating within a collaborative team environment
