A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a fast-growing financial solutions company based in Sydney CBD as a HR Business Partner. In this role, you will play a key part in driving the people strategy and partnering with senior leaders across the business.
Key Accountabilities
- Oversee the end to end recruitment process, support managers with on-boarding and probation requirements
- Assist in the planning of change and project initiatives
- Support the performance review and goal-setting process, including coaching managers and conducting performance discussions
- Coordinate and implement training programs, engage with external training providers, and ensure timely execution of initiatives
- Provide coaching and advice to managers and employees on all aspects of HR
Key Requirements
- Experience within a similar role necessary
- Outstanding relationship building and influencing skills.
- Experience of partnering with senior stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
